Longboarder is a still dry white wine made only from Solaris grapes. The wine goes through one fermentation and is left to age for five months on the lees, before being bottled.

Wild Burrows is an orange wine made from Solaris grapes. The orange tint comes from skin contact with the grapes during the fermentation. The tannins from the skins, and partial wild yeast ferment, help to produce a more complex style of wine. The wine is also left to age on the lees, for five months before being bottled to enhance the flavours further.

Double Barrel is a sparkling white wine, made from Solaris grapes. The best grapes are hand harvested from the vineyard, gently pressed and fermented on-site. The wine goes through a double fermentation, including a partial wild yeast ferment. It is then left to age for five months on the lees, before being bottled.
