Wild Burrows

The ‘wild burrows’ orange wine is made only from solaris grapes, the orange tint comes from skin contact with the grapes during the fermentation. The tannins from the skins and partial wild yeast ferment, help to produce a more complex style of wine. To enhance the flavours further, the wine aged on the lees for 3 months prior to bottling.
