Wild Burrows

The ‘wild burrows’ orange wine is made only from solaris grapes, the orange tint comes from skin contact with the grapes during the fermentation. The tannins from the skins and partial wild yeast ferment, help to produce a more complex style of wine. To enhance the flavours further, the wine aged on the lees for 3 months prior to bottling.

The ‘puts’ pet nat rose wine is a naturally sparkling rose wine, made only from Rondo grapes. The wine goes through only one fermentation; however, it is bottled prior to finishing the ferment allowing the remaining sugar to turn into alcohol and carbon dioxide in the bottle. The wine is then left to age on its lees prior to being riddled and disgorged.
