Wild Burrows

Wild Burrows is an orange wine made from Solaris grapes. The orange tint comes from skin contact with the grapes during the fermentation. The tannins from the skins and partial wild yeast ferment help to produce a more complex style of wine. The wine is also left to age on the lees for five months before being bottled to enhance the flavours further.
